MR. ANAND KUMAR MAHESHWARI – CHAIRMAN
Mr. Anand Kumar Maheshwari aged about 62 years is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a rich experience of about four decades in various fields such as corporate management, real estate development, steel melting & rolling, manufacturing of Kraft and writing & printing paper, corrugated cartons, starch making. Mr. Maheshwari has travelled all over the world and has good knowledge of the latest techniques of steel and paper making. He is the Managing Trustee of Seth Shiv Ratan Lal Maheshwari Charitable Trust which is actively involved in providing health and education support to the poor section of the society. He is also a life time overseas member of the Pulp & Paper Technical Association of India.
MR. ASHISH BHAGERIA – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Ashish Bhageria aged about 50 years is a graduate of business management. After completing his education, he shifted to Nigeria in 2000 and was involved in international trading. In 2010 he set up a steel melting & rolling unit in Nigeria. He has excellent contacts and is a master of marketing of steel & paper. Presently he has interest in various steel and paper mills in Nigeria and has excellent contacts all over the world. He is also an overseas life time member of the Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association.
MR. MADHUSHREE KABRA – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Madhushree Kabra currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Speciality Group, bringing with him more than 35 years of distinguished leadership experience spanning manufacturing, industrial enterprises, and international markets. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes, fostering resilient businesses that generate enduring and sustainable value.
His professional journey has been marked by the successful execution of large-scale industrial initiatives, including the development of a USD 20 million ethanol and power project at Mara-Nile Group Limited, which he led from conceptualization to full operationalization. During his tenure with the Madhvani Group, he played a transformative role in elevating East Africa Packaging Solutions and Madhvani Steel into market-leading organizations. He strengthened operational capabilities, accelerated capacity expansion, and instilled robust financial discipline, culminating in highly efficient and debt-free operations.
Widely recognized for his pragmatic and results-driven leadership style, Mr. Kabra believes in fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and empowerment. Mr. ATANU DATTA – DIRECTOR-CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Mr. Atanu Datta, Mechanical Engineer (1989 batch), Management development program in Competitive Strategies for Accelerated Growth from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He brings in over 37 years of extensive working experience across diverse industries in India and overseas, including the last 20 years in Nigeria. In India, He worked with prominent organizations such as Murugappa Group, Turner Morrison Group, and Advani Oerlikon Group, and in Nigeria with Dana Group, Sun Group, and MINL Group.
Mr. Datta has been associated with the Speciality group for the last 10+ years as Director, Corporate Affairs & Sales & Marketing. A result–driven leader drives high-impact engagement with ministers, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies to secure fair, transparent, and growth-oriented policies. He takes a firm, proactive stance on issues impacting the business, ensuring that the company’s position is clearly articulated and effectively advanced at the highest level of decision-making.
More than a decade of association, his leadership and strategic contributions have been instrumental in establishing and strengthening the Group’s business in Nigeria.
ADELEKE OLUSOLA – Chief Personnel Manager – Speciality Group
Adeleke Olusola serves as the Group Chief Personnel Manager at Speciality Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR and administration. He specializes in talent acquisition, on boarding, office and information management, industrial relations, policy compliance, and HR strategy, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Group’s companies.
