MR. ANAND KUMAR MAHESHWARI – CHAIRMAN, SPECIALITY GOUP
Mr. Anand Kumar Maheshwari aged about 62 years is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a rich experience of about four decades in various fields such as corporate management, real estate development, steel melting & rolling, manufacturing of Kraft and writing & printing paper, corrugated cartons, starch making. Mr. Maheshwari has travelled all over the world and has good knowledge of the latest techniques of steel and paper making. He is the Managing Trustee of Seth Shiv Ratan Lal Maheshwari Charitable Trust which is actively involved in providing health and education support to the poor section of the society. He is also a life time overseas member of the Pulp & Paper Technical Association of India.
MR. ASHISH BHAGERIA – MANAGING DIRECTOR, SPECIALITY GROUP
Mr. Ashish Bhageria aged about 50 years is a graduate of business management. After completing his education, he shifted to Nigeria in 2000 and was involved in international trading. In 2010 he set up a steel melting & rolling unit in Nigeria. He has excellent contacts and is a master of marketing of steel & paper. Presently he has interest in various steel and paper mills in Nigeria and has excellent contacts all over the world. He is also an overseas life time member of the Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association.
MR. AALOK BHAGERIA – DIRECTOR, SPECIALITY GROUP
Mr. Aalok Bhageria aged about 46 years completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2001.Thereafter he was involved in international trading primarily in machinery, metals, automobile tools and pharmaceuticals and was based at UAE. In 2010 he shifted his base to Nigeria and was involved in setting up of a steel melting and rolling unit and later diversified into manufacturing Sanitary pads, Maternity and Baby Diapers and importing Pharmaceutical Raw Materials in Nigeria. Mr. Aalok Bhageria is a marketing genius and is well traveled all around the globe.
DR. JOSEPH IKEMEFUNA ODUMODU (PHARMACIST) (MFR) – DIRECTOR, SPECIALITY GROUP
Dr. Joseph Odumodu is a renowned pharmacist, scientist, industrialist, technocrat and transformational leader. A first-class Pharmacy graduate from the University of Ife, he rose to become the first indigenous MD/CEO of May & Baker Nigeria Plc, where he transformed the company into a diversified conglomerate. He served on key national industry boards, including NAFDAC and PMG-MAN, and later became Director-General of the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON). At SON he implemented far-reaching reforms that significantly strengthened product quality and regulatory standards nationwide. He also drove Nigeria’s Quality Infrastructure initiative with UNIDO and was elected President of the African Organization for Standardization (ARSO). Honored with multiple awards, Dr. Odumodu is a recipient of the national honor of MFR for his outstanding contributions to industry and national development.

Mr. Rajiv Agarwal brings over 32 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, having delivered numerous papers and presentations on key industry topics. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E.) from Dayalbagh Engineering College, Agra.

Mr. Atanu Datta is a Mechanical Engineer (Class of 1989) and has completed the Management Development Program (MDP) in Competitive Strategies for Accelerated Growth from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He brings over 34 years of extensive experience across diverse industries in India and overseas, including the past 20 years in Nigeria. In India, he has worked with prominent organizations such as Murugappa Group, Turner Morrison Group, and Advani Oerlikon Group, and in Nigeria with Dana Group, Sun Group, and MINL Group. Currently, Mr. Datta serves as Director – Sales & Marketing and Corporate Affairs at Speciality Group. With more than a decade of association, his leadership and strategic contributions have been instrumental in establishing and strengthening the Group’s business in Nigeria.
MR. ANUJ GARG – DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, SPECIALITY GROUP
Mr. Anuj Garg has more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and multi-plant management, including 14 years in Nigeria. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India.
