MR. ANAND KUMAR MAHESHWARI – CHAIRMAN
Mr. Anand Kumar Maheshwari aged about 62 years is a commerce graduate and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a rich experience of about four decades in various fields such as corporate management, real estate development, steel melting & rolling, manufacturing of Kraft and writing & printing paper, corrugated cartons, starch making. Mr. Maheshwari has travelled all over the world and has good knowledge of the latest techniques of steel and paper making. He is the Managing Trustee of Seth Shiv Ratan Lal Maheshwari Charitable Trust which is actively involved in providing health and education support to the poor section of the society. He is also a life time overseas member of the Pulp & Paper Technical Association of India.

MR. ASHISH BHAGERIA – MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Ashish Bhageria aged about 50 years is a graduate of business management. After completing his education, he shifted to Nigeria in 2000 and was involved in international trading. In 2010 he set up a steel melting & rolling unit in Nigeria. He has excellent contacts and is a master of marketing of steel & paper. Presently he has interest in various steel and paper mills in Nigeria and has excellent contacts all over the world. He is also an overseas life time member of the Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association.

MR. RAJIV KUMAR AGARWAL – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Mr. Rajiv Agarwal brings over 32 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, having delivered numerous papers and presentations on key industry topics. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate (B.E.) from Dayalbagh Engineering College, Agra.
